Skin keeps a record. Every expression it has ever made, every summer, every year. A little of it shows on the surface. Most of it is written one layer down: in the matrix that holds skin up, at the nerve endings that tell muscles to move, in the cells that make pigment, at the ends of every chromosome.
Research has been reading that record one molecule at a time, and four keep turning up. Researching Beauty? brings them together, each in its own freeze-dried vial: GHK-Cu (100 mg), SNAP-8 (10 mg), Glutathione (1500 mg) and Epithalon (10 mg).
GHK-Cu is the copper peptide, first isolated from human plasma in 1973 and studied ever since in fibroblast cultures for collagen and the remodelling of the skin’s matrix. SNAP-8, acetyl octapeptide-3, comes from cosmetic science: the longer cousin of Argireline, studied for how it competes inside the SNARE complex that releases signals at the nerve–muscle junction, the mechanism behind expression lines. Glutathione is the cell’s own antioxidant, and in skin research it is the one studied in the melanin and pigment pathway. Epithalon, the pineal tetrapeptide, belongs to the deepest layer of the question: telomerase, and the telomeres that shorten as cells age.
Structure, movement, tone, time. Four chapters of the same story, and no study has yet read all four side by side. That part is still open.
Apart, the four vials come to $184.96. Together they are $174.99. A small difference, and a deliberate one: the reason to keep all four together was never the discount. Two boxes bring the 10% multi-buy price and free shipping, and Research Rewards members can take it free with 2 medals.
≥98% purity (Epithalon ≥98%, the other three ≥99%). Tested by an independent lab for purity and content (HPLC). Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are for members only. Tracked, insured delivery from Vancouver, BC — by Canada Post Xpresspost, usually 1 to 4 business days, with no customs step and no brokerage fee. All four ship as freeze-dried powders; bacteriostatic water for reconstitution is sold separately.
Sold as a laboratory research material only, for in vitro use. It isn’t a medicine and isn’t meant for people or animals.
