Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
For in vitro research use only · Not medical advice
A reference tool for laboratory handling. Enter your vial size and diluent volume to calculate the reconstituted concentration, the volume of a target portion, and the number of portions per vial.
Step 1: Reconstitution
Tell us how much compound is in the vial and how much diluent you're adding.
Total mg in the vial — shown on the label.
Step 2: Portion Reference
Set how much compound you want in each measured portion (aliquot).
In plain terms: measure 0.100 mL to get 250 mcg per portion — about 20 portions from this vial.

Handling Tips
Reconstitution: Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the vial wall — do not direct it onto the lyophilized powder. Swirl gently; do not shake.
Storage: Reconstituted material should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within 4–6 weeks for research consistency.
Diluent: Use bacteriostatic water for multi-portion vials to limit microbial contamination.
Portioning: Measure volumes with a calibrated pipette for repeatable concentrations across a study.
