Shipping Policy

Waiting on a parcel can be stressful, especially the first time. Here’s exactly what happens to your order, in plain words. If anything is unclear, email us. A real person will answer. New to all this? Our Start Here guide walks you through it.
1. Where We Ship
Popular Peptides ships to addresses within Canada only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time. Because orders leave Canadian inventory for a Canadian address, they are a domestic movement and are not presented to CBSA — see Research Peptides in Canada for what that means for customs, duties and brokerage fees.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $300 CAD qualify for free shipping. All prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4. Delivery Times
Here are typical delivery times after dispatch. Your parcel stays inside Canada the whole way, so there’s no customs wait.

We ship Canada Post Xpresspost — tracked and insured. These are Canada Post’s published Xpresspost standards from Vancouver. They’re estimates, not guarantees — weather and holiday volume can add a day or two.
Winter: our compounds ship as freeze-dried powder, which handles cold well. Please just bring the parcel inside soon after it arrives, rather than leaving it in a mailbox or on a porch.
5. Tracking
Shipments go by Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched so you can monitor its progress.
6. Packaging
Products are carefully packaged to protect their integrity in transit. Compounds that require it are packaged to maintain stability during standard domestic shipping windows.
7. Delays & Risk of Loss
Sometimes carriers or weather slow things down, and we know how frustrating that is. Those delays are outside our control, but we won’t leave you on your own. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment; if a tracked package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier on your behalf to sort it out.
