Program Terms

In short: $100 of paid orders = 1 star · 5 stars = 1 medal · 1 medal = any product free. Friends save 25% with your code, and their paid orders earn you stars.
1. Who can join
Research Rewards is free. You must be 18 or older, have a valid email address you control, and agree to our Terms of Service. All products are sold for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary consumption. One membership per person and per email address.
2. Your account
You create a password when you join and confirm your email address before your Lab Pass and member code become active. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We never ask for your password by email.
3. Stars
You receive 1 starter star when you join. After that you earn 1 star for every $100 of paid product sales — your own orders placed with your member email, plus orders anyone places with your member code. Stars are based on product totals after discounts and never include shipping, taxes or free items. An order counts only once payment is confirmed. Stars cannot be spent directly, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
4. Medals
Every 5 stars automatically becomes one medal. One medal can be redeemed for one unit of any product in our store, free, at checkout (while in stock). The Ultimate Stack and Limitless Stack bundles each take 2 medals. Shipping and applicable taxes on the rest of the order still apply, and a free item doesn't count toward the free-shipping threshold. Medals have no cash value and cannot be split across products.
5. Redeeming a medal
Sign in to your account, choose “Use my medal”, pick your free product and complete checkout. A medal placed on an order that is not yet paid is held for 7 days; if the order isn't paid in that time the medal is released back to your account.
6. Your member code
Your code gives friends, family and colleagues 25% off their order. It can't be combined with other promo codes and replaces the multi-item bundle discount. You may not use your own code on your own orders (your own orders earn stars instead), create additional accounts, or use the code in paid search ads, on coupon/deal websites, or in spam. We may pause a code that is misused or published on coupon sites; stars you have already earned remain.
7. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks
If an order is cancelled, refunded or charged back, the stars it earned are removed automatically. If that leaves you having used more medals than you earned, we may ask you to pay for the free item or deduct the difference from future medals.
8. Your public Lab Pass
Your Lab Pass page (popularpeptides.ca/members/YOURCODE) is visible to anyone with the link. It shows your first name, code, stars, medals and the sales made with your code — never your email, address, your own order history or amounts, or who used your code. Your past orders are visible only after you sign in.
9. Emails
We send account emails (confirmation, password reset, stars earned with your code, medals unlocked and reminders). You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time; we only send marketing if you opted in.
10. Changes and ending the program
We may change or end Research Rewards. We'll post changes here and give at least 30 days' notice by email before any change that reduces the value of stars or medals you have already earned. Medals earned before the program ends can be redeemed during that notice period.
11. Fair use
We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, self-referral, fake orders or any breach of these terms, and remove stars or medals obtained that way. Our order records are the final record of stars and medals.
